Yoho Twins

The site:

The project, located at the south foothill of the Taipa Pequena. Is a luxury residential development with two (almost) identical towers.

The design and program:

With respect to the sun light plane as set by the city’s building code, the towers set back from the middle all the way to the top. A bridge linking the twin towers at the top which provide roof terraces and private pools for the penthouse units.

The south side of the building, featuring all glass bay windows and balconies, introduces plenty of daylight and city views into the room. The side walls, utilizes two shades of ceramic tile mosaics, to form patterns that energize the atmosphere of the hill side comunitiy.

The twin towers offering studios, 2-bedroom units, 3-bedroom units and penthouse units with roof top swimming pools.

podium: lobbies and shops at street level; carparks at upper levels of the podium; clubhouse at top of podium including gym, playground, swimming pools, changing rooms, multi-purpose rooms

Scope of work:

Architectural facade design and interior design for lobby, hallway, club and swimming pool.
